Corvid's night controllers were holding a radio, three tabs and a whiteboard. Every incident cost minutes that only existed on the whiteboard.

Approach

  1. 01Two weeks on the night shift before a line of code: we logged every keystroke, call and interruption between 22:00 and 06:00.
  2. 02One incident surface, keyboard-first, designed to be read at a glance in a dark room without waking anyone's night vision.
  3. 03An AI layer triages incoming exceptions and drafts the customer message; the controller edits and sends.
  4. 04Every decision is written to an immutable log so the morning handover is a document, not a conversation.

Craft notes

  • /Night-safe interface, red state indicators only
  • /Sub-60ms incident open, keyboard-first throughout
  • /AI triage with controller sign-off on every message
  • /Immutable shift log with automatic handover report
