MERIDIAN

PProcess · five stages

Directionbeforegeneration.

No stage begins before the previous one is signed. Every stage leaves an artefact you can hold, and every artefact has one named owner.

QProduction notes

Questions weget every week.

01Is the work actually generated, or shot?+

Generated, under direction. Shot lists, lens plans and grade references are locked by humans first; the model executes inside those constraints. Where a client needs practical plates, we integrate them.

02Who owns the output?+

You do, on final payment, including the reference assets built during direction. Run logs stay with us for lineage, and we keep the right to show finished work unless the commission is embargoed.

03How do you handle likeness and rights?+

No real person's likeness is generated without a signed release. Talent-free casting is the default. Every commission carries a rights sheet listing what may and may not appear.

04What does a systems engagement look like?+

Two weeks embedded with the desk, then a locked surface map, then build in weekly review cycles. Live inside twelve weeks for most internal tools, with twelve months of care afterwards.

05Can you work to broadcast and cinema spec?+

Yes. Delivery is validated automatically against territory spec before a master leaves the building — Dolby, EBU R128, platform cutdowns and print at 300dpi from the same pass.

06How many commissions do you take?+

A small number each quarter across both divisions, so the same senior people stay on every project from intake to custody.
