What we keep,and for how long.

Short version: we keep what we need to answer you and to deliver a commission, and nothing else. Last revised August 2026.

Enquiry data

When you submit an enquiry we store your name, company, email, chosen division, budget band and message so we can reply. It is visible only to studio staff and is deleted twelve months after the last contact.

No advertising, no resale

We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with advertisers, data brokers or partner agencies. We run no third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Client material

Material supplied for a commission — CAD, brand assets, footage, documents — is held under the commission agreement, kept in project-scoped storage and destroyed or returned at the end of the custody period.

Generated assets

Frames generated for a commission belong to the client on delivery. We retain a technical record of settings and approvals for audit, not the client's confidential inputs.

Analytics and cookies

We store one preference locally in your browser: whether you have armed the sound layer. No cookie is set for tracking purposes.
